View Full Version : Caterham Racing Gets a Podium!

Finally!

No, not the F1 team (but you all knew that).

No, not the LeMans effort that ran into bad luck when a sever thunderstorm swept over the track while they were out on slicks (they weren't the only ones - I hope I'm not the only one hereabouts who watched the race).

It was the Moto2 Team. After their torrid start to the season (the 1st race of the year saw the team mates taking each other out - oy) they've been making progress forward over the last several races. They found some good luck for sure when a number of riders fell in front of them early but on the last lap Johan Zarco overtook the 4th and 3rd place riders to cross the line 3rd.

They run under Air Asia Livery, black, red and white, with the Frenchman Zarco ( great in the wet) and American Josh Herrin (of Glendale, Ca.), last year's AMA Pro SuperBike Champion.

So, to Caterham racing, congrats. And let's have some more.

Note to TF: Repaint the cars Air Asia. What the hell, it couldn't hurt.
