SDLC is hosting another back country drive on Saturday 10 November.

Mark the date on your calendar. The weather is cooling off a bit and the days are getting shorter. So it’s time to get back out and enjoy some of our more scenic byways, gorgeous back country views, Lotus Club cameraderie and fine food and beverages. This tour will take us into the seldom traveled southeast reaches of San Diego County. Upon completion we’ll stop in at Al Pancho’s, a great casual place in Alpine for some fine Mexican cuisine.

As usual, RSVP is required to reserve a spot. Please reply directly to this post or click here to use the Contact Us feature on the SDLC website..

The meet up location is just off of the Alpine / Tavern Road exit from I-8 on the south side of the freeway and then on the east side of Tavern Road. There are 3 gas stations nearby.

Click HERE for meet up location map.

The route offers exceptional San Diego back country views and some fantastic Lotus-centric driving roads.
